Avocado is my management company: a boutique, independent consultancy for organisations going through digital transformation.
I've spent my career where strategy meets execution: shaping product and technology strategy, leading engineering and delivery teams, and bringing AI from slideware into production. Avocado is how I bring that experience to a small number of clients at a time.
I work with scale-ups, mid-size companies and corporate teams, remotely or on-site.
Good transformation is like a good avocado: you can't rush it, you know when it's ripe, and everything grows around a solid core.
